Herb Sale Yeilds Huge Profits
Our Herb Sale this year was a HUGE success!! The addition of "Souderton 125th Instant Gardens" and "Old Glory" hanging baskets skyrocketed profits to $2,000!! That is double our usual annual donation. All proceeds benefit the Indian Valley Public Library. A giant check was presented to the library at the Concert Sundaes event.

Concert Sundaes
The club, once again, participated in the Souderton Concert Sundaes Series. We served up ice cream to a large crowd gathered in Souderton Community Park on a lovely fathers day!
Money raised at this event will be used for 2 scholarships at Souderton Area High School that we support, as well as other charitable causes.

DOZEN!
Membership Chair, Carol Darragh graciously hosted a "Dozen" Bingo party for the members of the IVJWC in honor of the year 2012 on Friday January 13, 2012. A great time was had by all as we had a chance to socialize, catch up from the winter break and begin a new year of working together to help the community! Look for more social events to come. Feel free to attend these events and see what the Indian Valley Junior Womens Club is all about.
Our Meeting for January included a wonderful presentation by Chef Gerald who showed us how to make some tasty sauce recipes! Come out to our next meeting on February 28, 2012 we will be having a presentation from Habitat for Humanity. If you cannot make that meeting stay posted for future speakers or presentations we may be having and come out and join us for a great time of socialization while helping the community.
